Louisa brings a wealth Production expertise to the charity. After spending 12 years as a Freelancer working for the BBC, ITV, C4, Hat Trick Productions and Zeppotron she joined Endemol Shine UK in 2011. In her current role as Head of Operations she works with the Senior Management Team to make sure the operations run smoothly and that the business is connected.

Louisa is passionate about breaking down barriers into the Creative Arts, Broadcast and Production Industries. She has a genuine ambition to drive change and level the playing field for all. Creativity and Inclusivity is at the heart of what she does.

Louisa is proud to support, advise and help shape the vision for Equality is Legacy. She is excited to be part of a movement that not only keeps the conversation going, but makes sure everyone is not only heard but listened to.
